We are looking for a skilled, resourceful, and collaborative Marketing Assistant to join our team in Bedford, NH. The Marketing Assistantwill interact with all levels of staff and provide a variety of functions to support marketing activities.

Essential Functions – What You Will Do

• Managing sponsorships and attendance registrations for industry events and conferences.
• Providing support to track and report on business development activities.
• Managing information in our client relationship management system.
• Preparing and maintaining resumes, project descriptions, and firm qualifications materials.
• Coordinating promotional items and client gifts.
• Coordinating special events and lunch & learn presentations.
• Conducting client and market research.
• Assisting in production of RFP/RFQs and interview presentation materials.
• Providing general marketing assistance across offices/teams as required.

Competencies – What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline strongly desired.
• 0-2 years of administrative experience preferably working for an engineering, construction, architecture, or professional services firm.
• Highly organized with good time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
• Positive, collaborative attitude, with the ability to work well with supervisor, co-workers, principals, consultants, and other outside contacts.
