We are looking for a FT or PT vibrant personal with excellent interpersonal skills to be an outreach liaison in Wilmington, DE to connect with community and referrals about our services.

What you will do:
- Prospect new referrals
- Set up and attend appointments with referral sources
- Document/log appointments
- Communicate with team regarding competitor locations and services
- Communicate with leadership around where new services are needed, new locations etc.
- Weekly meeting with director of marketing.
- Attend monthly in-service for outreach department.
What you are good at:
- Experience in counseling, marketing or related field.
- Excellent communication, engagement, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for mental health and substance recovery.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
