**Overview:** We are seeking a Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. **Duties:** - Manage the front desk staff and ensure smooth operations during all shifts - Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently - Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally - Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests - Oversee reservations and room assignments to optimize occupancy - Train front desk staff on hotel procedures, customer service, and phone etiquette - Conduct night audits as needed to reconcile daily transactions **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations - Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software - Excellent communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor - Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus - Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively This position offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
