San Rafael Healthcare is a Pediatric Home Health Agency that services the greater San Antonio area.

We are currently hiring RNs and LVNs for full time, part time or PRN positions. Our current openings are:

78227: Tues/Wed/Thurs 7a-7p

78251: Thurs/Fri 10a-8p; Sat 10a-6p

78251: Tues/Thurs 4p-11a; Sat 8a-4p (LVN only)

78245: Mon-Wed, Fri/Sat 7p-7a

78233: Sat/Sun 7a-7p (Must be willing to work both days)

78061: Thurs-Sun 7p-7a; Fri/Sat 7a-7p

78217: Mon-Thursday 4p-12a

We do offer thorough training!

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of pediatric patients according to an active plan of care
• Patient assessments
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
• Coordination of care
• Health promotion and teaching
• Training of family members

New grads and licensed nurses without pediatric experience are welcome to apply! If you do not have pediatric experience we WILL TRAIN YOU!
