Mission: Ensure that customers receive excellent service, complying with brand procedures and standards.

Functions:

• Manage service and operation shifts in the store.
• Receive products from the plant and suppliers.
• Conduct daily food safety assessments.
• Perform daily assessments of the state of facilities, furniture, and store equipment.
• Ensure service excellence through customer visits.
• Coordinate store operational staff according to their positions and functions for the smooth operation of the store.
• Verify product counts and ensure correct inventory entries.
• Ensure the availability and quality of products.
• Confirm that staff complies with established procedures.
• Establish a structure of trainers within the production plant.
• Train new hires.

Qualifications

• 2 Years of full-service restaurant management experience in a complex & fast paced restaurant
• Food Handler Certification
• Bilingual (English)(Spanish)
• Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Proficient in technology systems, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Group management.
