Applications for a full time Middle School English Language Arts teacher are now being accepted for the 2024-2025 school year. San Marcos Academy services students in Pre-kindergarten-12th grade.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Teach full day
• Serve as a role model for students
• Observe policies, procedures, and directives from school administration
• Integrate technology into curriculum delivery
• Implement effective classroom and behavior management skills
• Keep student management system up-to-date with grades and lesson plans
• Manage and control support materials (curriculum manipulatives and technology devices) used throughout the year
• Work collegially with others
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and as needed for specific positions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 24 College hours in the teaching discipline
• Teaching certification (preferred)
• Possess basic computer skills
• Additional qualifications may be required for specific positions
