What we Offer:

• Top Level Compensation - Up to $55/Flat Rate Hour

The Flat Rate Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $32.00 and $55.00. The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit. In the past years, these production bonuses have been in excess of $65,000.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, specifications, and able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Stay current with manufacturer training requirements.

Qualifications:

• Level 2 or 3 FCA Certification
• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
• History of High FFV
• Excellent customer service skills with basic computer skill
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
• Self Motivated, High Energy
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Background and Drug Test Required'
