San Jose Dental is Hiring a Treatment Coordinator Near Los Angeles, CA

We are a dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional oral healthcare services to our patients. As part of our commitment to continuous growth and excellence, we are seeking a highly skilled Dental Treatment Coordinator with Marketing experience to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our business by implementing effective strategies to increase new patient retention, drive sales, and enhance our marketing efforts. Commission bonuses included to with successful marketing efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Dental billing
  • Manage the front office operations, including appointment scheduling, patient registration, insurance processing, and billing to ensure smooth workflow and excellent patient experiences.
  • Checking Eligibility & Dental ADA Codes
  • Ability to work as an independent professional when needed
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to attract new patients, including online and offline advertising, community outreach, and social media campaigns.
  • Implement strategies to improve patient retention rates and enhance patient satisfaction through effective communication, exceptional customer service, and proactive follow-ups.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and patient demographics to identify growth opportunities and recommend targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to develop sales strategies and promotional offers to increase treatment acceptance and revenue generation.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports related to patient demographics, financials, marketing activities, and sales performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and advancements to implement best practices and innovative strategies to drive business growth.

  • Proven experience in a Dental Office or similar role, with a focus on sales, marketing, and patient retention.
  • Strong understanding of dental office operations, including scheduling, insurance processing, and billing procedures.
  • Proficient in developing and executing marketing strategies, including digital marketing, social media, and community outreach.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Spanish Bilingual Desired

Education and Experience:

  • Experience in dental offices or marketing is highly valued
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred and/or previous experience in dental offices, sales, marketing, or customer service roles is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and treatments is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
