DescriptionUnder the direct supervision of the Bowyer Treatment and Oncology Center Director and Practice Manager, the Operations Coordinator is responsible for organizing aspects of clinic operations and projects as assigned. The incumbent will apply acquired job skills, policies, and procedures to manage their assignments, coordinate work with teammates, and exercise judgment within defined guidelines and practices to determine appropriate action. Operations Coordinators monitor daily activities including clerical activities, authorizations, scheduling, and referral coordination. In addition, the incumbent is expected to support the Practice Manager and Director in overseeing staff performance by ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, completing audits, training new administrative staff, and being a resource for staff when patients have complaints, or when complex questions arise in clinic. Incumbent provides coverage for staff absences. Salary Range: $25.95-$54.50/hourly *Position is 1 out of 5*
