What will I do in this role?
The position of Mail Room Specialist is established to ensure the accurate and timely handling of all incoming and outgoing letters and packages. This position will maintain quality and service standards set by the credit union and ensure the smooth functioning of the mail room.
What qualifications do I need to have for this role?
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate with a variety of people in a professional manner.
- Ability to work under pressure and flexible with assigned duties.
- Moderate computer literacy.
- 6 months of working knowledge of mail room equipment and compliance with postage regulations preferred.
- Service focused individuals, who prioritize the member and end user experience.
- Team driven, with willingness and proven ability to work well and collaborate effectively with others.
- Professional demeanor and effective communication skills.
- Ability to maintain and promote an ethical and compliant environment.

This role is Location Dependent and is based at the Operations Center-6545 Sequence Drive, San Diego, CA 92121.
What is the pay range?
Pay Scale: $18.25-$21.25 (Per Hour)
