The purpose of this position is to prepare all foods according to the menu and standardized recipes in a safe, efficient and sanitary manner and ensure the proper preparation, portioning and serving of foods as indicated by recipes to meet residence needs. Also, comply with company and departmental safety policies and procedures under federal, state and local requirements.
Essential Functions
•Assist with food prep and cooking following universal precautions and state/federal regulations
•Preparing and serving beverages
•Setting up and passing trays for meal service
•Stocking snack cart
•Bussing of tables and trays
•Cleaning the kitchen work area
•Dishwashing
Follow proper handwashing guidelines
