Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma
Experience: Experience in community services programs or related areas; highly encouraged to speak, read and write in Spanish. Ability to connect with parents and families around issues of education for their children. Ability to work a non-traditional schedule (evenings, weekends, select holidays). Valid Texas Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record.
Role Overview
Student Enrollment Specialist (SES) mission is to recruit families to San Antonio Prep and get 3x’s the applications to seats available. The SES also builds relationships with families, answers questions, and is a liaison between school and families before enrollment along with the Student Enrollment Coordinator. This process includes, but is not limited to, fostering local interest, managing first year of school enrollment, and monitoring student and family persistence. They will raise awareness of San Antonio Prep, promote the campus and available grades, secure applicants, and nurture families through the persistence pipeline.

Ensure 100% Enrollment on the First Day of School (FDOS)
100% of Enrollment Milestones Completed On-Time and To Goal (Re-Registration, Lottery, Registration, etc.)
100% of New Families Engagement Prior to the FDOS
90% New Family Persistence
