Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our licensed Physical Therapists to provide quality care and support to patients. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist
- Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including exercises and modalities
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises for continued progress at home
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional guidelines

Qualifications:
- Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience in patient care, preferably in a hospital or acute care setting
- Familiarity with trigger point therapy and occupational health is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Pay: $35.00 - $39.00 per hour
