- Provide nursing leadership and direction to the clinic, including the development and implementation of clinical protocols and policies
- Oversee the delivery of patient care, including the assessment of patient needs, the administration of medications, and the management of patient medical records
- Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, including RNs, LPNs, and support staff
- Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, mental health providers, and social services providers, to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for patients
- Stay current with advances in nursing care and ensure that the clinic stays abreast of best practices in patient care
- Ensure that the clinic is in compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and accreditation standards
