- Help hire, train, teach, and monitor nurses.
- Plan, direct, and delegate the overall operation of the Nursing Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, and guidelines.
- Audit charts and EHR to ensure daily documentation is done.
- Accept work assignments as directed by appropriate authority. This may require different floors, customers, workload, and multiple tasks as assigned.

- Must be licensed RN in the state of Illinois.
