We're seeking a full-time Director of Nursing to join our team.

Your position will play a direct role in the care of our most vulnerable population, our seniors. You will oversee and manage all personnel and operations within the nursing department in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community, ensuring resident care is held to the high standards we aspire to. You will excel at details, data management, and reporting, while balancing our corporate culture of promoting Hope, Dignity, and Purposeful Living to all those we serve and employ. As a compassionate and caring individual, you will serve as a mentor and source of expertise, empowering our our nursing teams to grow under your leadership.
You must be licensed currently as a Registered Professional Nurse in Illinois in good standing. A BSN degree is preferred, along with additional experience in long-term care nursing leadership.
