- Follow recipes and ensure that all products meet quality and consistency standards
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies

- Previous experience as a baker or in a related role in the food industry
- Knowledge of food service and culinary techniques
- Strong understanding of food preparation and baking principles
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of menu planning and catering is a plus
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools
- Ability to handle food safely and maintain proper hygiene standards
