Description
Assistant Service managers provide support to managers in a customer service center by completing duties such as monitoring service inquiries, maintaining inventory of spare parts, enforcing service rules in the facility, tracking service operations, administering payroll, maintaining daily service reports, and reporting to managers.
Assistant Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Assists manager by performing related duties.
- Supports staff results by communicating job expectations and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Helps to coach, counsel, and discipline employees.
