RN-Mother baby unit Full time- Days/Nights/Variable shifts SIGN ON BONUS!!!

Responsibilities:

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality patient care according to specific physician orders. This will involve, utilizing your knowledge and skills to educate patients and their families on prevention and healthy habits. Our Mother-Baby Unit nurses work both L & D and postpartum. Approximately 1000 Deliveries per Year, Follow AWHONN Staffing Standards, Rooming in with Baby, Some procedures completed in the Well Baby Nursery.

Must Haves:

License: Current Washington State RN Licensure. Compact not accepted.

Certification: AHA BLS, ACLS, NRP (AAP Neonatal Resuscitation Program), Intermediate AWHONN-EFM (Intermediate Fetal Monitoring course, Advanced Fetal Monitoring course will be considered acceptable.) Willing to work with candidates on certifications.

Experience: 1 year experience

Education: ASN accepted.

Preferred:

Prefer to be able to work L&D too.

Prefer S.T.A.B.L.E. certification.

RN-C Preferred.

BSN & 2 Years of Recent Experience as a Mother/Baby Nurse in a Level III Trauma Center preferred.
