Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Pilates Instructor to join our team. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for leading group classes and providing personalized training sessions to help clients achieve their fitness goals.
Duties:
- Conducting Pilates classes for individuals and groups
- Designing customized Pilates programs based on clients' needs and goals
- Providing guidance on proper form and technique during exercises
- Monitoring clients' progress and adjusting workouts accordingly
- Promoting Pilates services and assisting with fitness sales
Experience:
- Comprehensive pilates certification
- Experience in personal training or group fitness instruction
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science
- Familiarity with program design tailored to individual needs
- Additional experience in yoga
