```Duties:```
- Conduct Pilates classes for individuals and groups, focusing on proper form and technique
- Develop and implement personalized Pilates programs for clients based on their fitness goals and abilities
- Provide guidance and support to clients during classes, ensuring a safe and effective workout
- Educate clients on the principles of Pilates and the benefits of regular practice
- Demonstrate exercises and modifications to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized studio space

```Requirements:```
- Certification in Pilates instruction from a recognized organization
- Experience teaching group fitness classes or personal training sessions
- Knowledge of body mechanics and proper alignment in Pilates exercises
- Strong communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate clients
- Ability to design and modify programs to meet the needs of individual clients
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in fitness sales or marketing to promote Pilates classes and attract new clients
- Additional certifications or experience in yoga, dance, CrossFit, or other fitness disciplines
