Sam Galloway Ford is currently looking to fill a new position for an automotive office floater. Sam Galloway Ford is a fourth generation, locally owned and operated 96-year-old family business. This is an exciting opportunity as positions in our accounting department rarely open.
The role of accounting office assistant/floater will help assist other team members within the accounting department. This job role will involve cross-training within the accounting department. Automotive experience is required.

Possible job duties may include:
- Process bank deposits
- Process bank deposits
- Process accounts receivable/payable
- Reconciliations
- Review/research and clean schedules
- Audit accounts for payments & verifying data
- Filing
- Billing out deals, dealer trades and wholesales
- Warranty payments and cancellations
- Assist with tag/title work
Requirements:
