Responsibilities

Client Consultation : Conduct consultations with clients to assess their insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions in both English and Mandarin or Cantonese.

Inbound Calls : Handle incoming calls from both English and Mandarin or Cantonese-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and offering comprehensive insurance advice.

Premium Calculation : Calculate insurance premiums based on client information, ensuring accuracy and transparency in all financial transactions.

Policies and Claims Processing : Assist clients in understanding insurance policies and guide them through the claims process.

Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, promoting client retention and loyalty.

Requirement

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin or Cantonese
• Property and Casualty License (Must have currently)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset, striving to exceed client expectations
• Strong team player, fostering positive relationships with colleagues
• Familiarity with CRM software and other communication tools
