SAM Construction Group LLC is a fully integrated Developer/Builder of apartment communities and luxury homes. Our projects are located in the City of Maricopa, Paradise Valley and coming soon to North Phoenix.

Overview: As a marketing manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities to drive the growth and branding of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Developing Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and target audience.
• Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels. Develop brand awareness initiatives to enhance brand recognition and loyalty.
• Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for marketing materials, such as websites, blogs, social media, and advertisements.
• Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing efforts, email marketing, and social media marketing.
• Jobsite Progress: Travel to jobsite and create document and create footage for jobsite progress.
• Social Media: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint and Video Production.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
