This Territory Manager role is covering our entire Portland, OR region and can be located remotely. It is responsible for the overall commercial execution and clinical performance of Saluda's Evoke™ therapy across this assigned territory:

  • Responsible for managing the sales geography to ensure the achievement of both revenue targets and a differentiated procedural experience with clinician teams
  • Oversee clinician training activities, sales tactics, and market development strategies related to Saluda’s commercial success - responsible for the strategic development, sales execution, and overall commercial clinical performance of the Evoke™ platform
  • Leads the identification of business opportunities, builds and fosters elevated relationships with clinicals teams, and ensures the effective utilization and penetration of Evoke™ systems to ensure revenue commitments
  • Expands relationships with key opinion leaders and customers to uncover opportunities which enhance product-line performance
  • Attains deep knowledge and expertise associated with managing and programming Saluda’s platform; in-depth knowledge and understanding of the implications of Saluda’s world-class and market-leading weight of evidence
  • Represents and defines the Saluda brand promise to new and existing clinician customers in a manner that distinguishes Saluda as a high-integrity, transparent, evidence-based, patient-centric brand that is disrupting the traditional Neuromodulation business model
  • Drives the overall growth agenda, go-to-market plans, and executes core messaging
  • Facilitates the collection and dissemination of competitive intel; conducts real-world market research to gather design input, market trends, competitive activity, customer perspectives, etc. to help Saluda titrate marketing messages, product development theses, etc.

  • Confidence - enabled by 5 years’ experience in medical device sales at both small and large companies, we’re looking for pacesetters who are inspired by the promise to redefine the category. We’re seeking professionals with a bachelor’s degree with an extreme passion for technology and troubleshooting. We consider advanced degrees (MBA, MS, MA and PhD) to be a huge plus.
  • Elevation – we’re looking for professionals who don’t believe in zero sum competitive games; our focus is maximizing clinical data to transform patient lives, optimize clinician operations, eliminate the traditional “black box” burden of neuromodulation, and help advance the category.
  • Ideal candidates should bring 3 years of SCS (Spinal Cord Stimulation) experience
  • 5 years experience in neuromodulation industry in: Radio frequency ablation, cardiac ablation, spinal cord stimulation, working with implantable devices 
  • 5 years sales actively in operating room, and strong experience with both clinician and patient expertise
