As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

- Provide information about products, services, and company policies

- Assist customers in booking pontoon boat and jet ski rentals.

- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information as needed

- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or upsell products when applicable

- Enter customer data and update account information accurately in the system

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience

Skills:

- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes

- Experience with outbound calling is a plus

- Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions

- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally

- Proficient in data entry to accurately update customer information in the system

- Ability to upsell products or services when appropriate

- Multilingual abilities are a plus
