Overview: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and creating a memorable experience. Duties: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests - Take orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations - Operate the POS system to process payments accurately - Utilize retail math skills to calculate costs and make change for customers - Demonstrate basic math skills to measure ingredients and create cocktails - Operate the cash register efficiently - Promote sales by upselling menu items and specials - Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service to guests - Assist with brewing coffee and other beverages as needed - Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues promptly - Collaborate with the banquet team to provide beverage service during events - Assist with food service when necessary Experience: - Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred - Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, and drink recipes - Familiarity with different types of alcoholic beverages and their characteristics - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly manner - Proficient in time management to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career advancement within our organization.
