Hotel lobby bar and restaurant seeking to add some servers/bartenders to our awesome staff. We are looking for a friendly person who is a team player and willing to be a part of something bigger than themselves.

1-2 years server experience

1 year bartending experience preferred

Open availability to work on weekday's and weekend's, we need someone who is able to work on Sunday and Monday's

Key Responsibilities and Duties

- Setting up and shutting down space before and after service, perform opening/closing duties to ensure smooth service.

- Properly breaking down spaces and sanitizing all surfaces.

- Comply with safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures

- Greeting guests as the enter the space, interacting with them in a friendly and welcoming manner.

- Taking drink and food orders in a timely manner going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service

- Strong communication with the kitchen team, verbalizing guest complaints, allergies, time constraints, etc.

- Use tact and good judgement when dealing with guest challenges and respond to guest needs with patience and courtesy

- Restocking as needed throughout your shift.

- Ability to lift to 50lbs.

- Some knowledge of Spanish food, spirits culture is a plus.

- Understand and respond knowledgeably to questions about the restaurant and menu

- Understand and follow the food allergy procedure and special orders/restrictions

- Use techniques to present and encourage current promotions to guests

- Proficiency in the use and operation of all necessary tools and equipment, including but not limited to Square POS system

- Responsible for the security and reconciliation of the cash drawer

- Willing to prepare ingredients needed for cocktails.

- Strong knowledge of spirits and classic cocktails.

- Successfully complete alcohol awareness training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
