Position Objective: You are a member of the assessment and referral team and are responsible for assisting in the process of responding to patient referrals and other requests for services and information. You are the first point of contact for patients and families seeking treatment at Salt Lake Behavioral Health.

Qualifications:

Position Requirements:

Education/License: Associates in Nursing required and licensed to practice in Utah
Experience: Experience with intake assessments in an acute psychiatric setting preferred, but not required.
