### Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our Shillington location team. This position requires you to have exceptional knife skills, great customer service, and ability to work with others. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. You will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of employees during your shift, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.

### Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer concerns or complaints
- Supervise and lead a team of employees during your shift
- Ensure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures
- Train new employees on job responsibilities and company standards
- Monitor food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the restaurant
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

- Knowledge of clean ing and cutting meats

### Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership role in the food service industry
- Strong knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including cooking techniques and food service management
