Job description
Salons by JC suite location in Eagle Plaza Shopping center, Vorhees, NJ is seeking an individual with salon/spa management experience and a stellar combination of hospitality, business, bookkeeping, and social media skills to fill the Concierge Manager/Manager position at our Voorhees, New Jersey location.
The Manager is a vital part of the Salons by JC community. The primary objective of the Concierge Manager is to oversee the salon’s daily operations in line with the company’s policies and procedures. The Concierge Manager will serve as the main point of contact for all Salon Suite Owners and make sure that the salon remains at full capacity by retaining existing suite owners and actively giving tours to interested beauty and wellness professionals.
Responsible for:
- actively working to get all suites leased and maintain salon tenant retention
- conducting tours for prospective salon suite tenants
- building and maintaining a friendly community environment among tenants, planning tenant team building events, birthdays, holiday events etc.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling salon owner and client inquiries
- directing guests to their suites
- weekly social media posts and engagement
- weekly and monthly sales reports
- Managing leads and potential owners through Salesforce
- Manage the facility: scheduling building maintenance as needed
- Excellent time management skill to prioritize tasks effectively
- weekly purchases of supplies used for location - vending, cleaning, toiletries
- light housekeeping as needed - changing light bulbs, daily restroom cleaning, hall and common area cleaning etc.
- clear and concise communication skills
- Assist Tenants with towel washing and drying.
Previous salon or spa management experience preferred.
