We’re looking for a knowledgeable Concierge to attend to our residents requests and needs in a professional, courteous and efficient manner. You should be able to deal professionally with residents' inquiries, effectively solve problems and respond appropriately to complaints. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, multi-tasking ability, hospitality expertise, as well as knowledge of local area services. You will be responsible for assisting residents with outstanding customer service. Ultimately, you should help maintain a flawless reputation by providing outstanding guest service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
• concierge: 1 year (Required)
