We are currently seeking a part-time front desk receptionist to join our team. The front desk is the guest's first and last impression of the salon. This position is to provide excellent, interactive customer service to our guests/stylists and handle each situation with class. This person must be friendly, stylish, outgoing, organized, and have a strong positive phone etiquette.

Responsibilities:
Greet clients at the front desk in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer incoming calls and ensure that questions and needs are directed to the appropriate person.
Organize and schedule appointments for both clients and team members.
Maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the salon.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with computers, word processing software, and basic typing skills

Ability to work well with all levels of management and staff, outside clients

A positive attitude, team-oriented, and strong communication skills are a must

Part-time day/evening flexibility 4-8 and some Saturdays 7:30-4
Reliable
MUST BE 16 years of age and AVAILABLE SATURDAY AND NIGHT SHIFTS

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed
