Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Salon Receptionist to join our team. As a Salon Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth salon experience. Your role will involve managing appointments, handling cash transactions, and assisting with retail sales.

Duties:

- Greet clients in a warm and welcoming manner

- Schedule and confirm appointments using salon software

- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries

- Provide information about salon services and products

- Assist with retail sales

- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues

- Collaborate with salon staff to ensure efficient operations

- Manage inventory of retail products

Experience:

- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales preferred

- Familiarity with cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems

- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
