```Duties```

- Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient and effective performance
- Manage and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve store targets
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is maintained
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
- Collaborate with the assistant manager to delegate tasks and responsibilities

```Qualifications```

- Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably as a store manager or assistant manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with customers, staff, and vendors
- Proficient in payroll management, math calculations, and administrative tasks
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training new employees
- Demonstrated ability to develop training programs for staff development
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Ability to effectively manage inventory levels and control costs
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
