What will you be doing?
- Recruiting hiring, developing, and training an all-star practice team
- - Hire, train and manage performance of practice clinical team members
- - Train staff or arrange training, as needed
- - Train and hold team accountable for building a productive practice schedule
- - Manage staff schedules
- - Motivate the clinical team
- - Track and manage the practice performance to monthly goals
- - Oversee supplies and inventory for the clinical department and assure cost effectiveness
- - Communicate effectively with staff and providers
- - Delegate tasks to the right team members, empower them to succeed and hold them accountable
