Key Responsibilities:
As a Retail Team Member, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Retail Sales: Engage with customers on the sales floor, utilizing your expert knowledge to assist them with product selection, upgrades, and service sales.
- Marketing: Promote our products and services, effectively communicating their benefits to meet our customers' needs.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by educating customers about our offerings and ensuring their shopping experience is memorable and enjoyable.
- Sales Floor: Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are attractively displayed and accessible to customers.
- Sales Goals: Strive to meet or exceed sales targets and goals, contributing to the growth and success of our retail store.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to assist customers effectively.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
- Basic computer skills.
- Sales experience and the ability to upsell products and services is a significant advantage.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Enjoy an hourly wage paid weekly, with additional commissions based on your outstanding sales and customer service performance.
- Please note that benefits will be offered after successfully completing the probationary period.

Pay: $17.57 - $21.16 per hour
