Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Present and demonstrate technology based products or IT services to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sales agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Continuously analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, for managing customer interactions and sales activities
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure profitable contracts
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to develop effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and effectively convey product benefits
- Technical sales experience is a plus, particularly in the technology industry
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and goals
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
