Pay Range: $1100 - $1250 weekly
THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOBLocation: Atlanta, GA
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
- Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies
- Provide general support to visitors and staff as needed
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the company’s services and events
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Customer service-oriented with a positive and proactive approach
