Sales Bizlab is Hiring a Call Center Agent Near Washington, DC

Sales Bizlab is we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and building positive relationships with our clients. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$17.50 - $28.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Washington, DC

Responsibilities: 

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Providing accurate information about our products and services to customers
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by actively listening to their concerns and providing appropriate solutions
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers
  • Processing customer orders, changes, and returns accurately
  • Update customer information and call logs in the system

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in using computer systems and navigating through multiple software applications
