Your Role With Us:
The IS Manager of Business Operations is responsible for the management of the following functional areas of the Information Services divisions: financial management, assets and procurement management, project portfolio process management, project management, capacity and demand management, availability management, and contracts/vendor management. The IS Manager is responsible for management of the following teams: Finance & Operations, Contracts, Deployment, and Warehouse. The IS Manager will develop a strategic plan for each area of responsibility to improve the maturity of the services and products supported by these functional areas. This IS manager will use Lean tools to accomplish continuous improvement of processes and standards and will use the ITIL framework as a guide for developing processes and standards. The IS Manager will also provide leadership, filling other roles as assigned and contributing to the leadership of both IS divisions.
