Your Role With Us:

The IS Supervisor serves as the supervisor for daily workload, projects, and staff supervision. The Supervisor, in partnership with leadership, is responsible for driving continuous improvement and strategy initiatives; staff coaching, retention, and recruitment; resource management; and project coordination and oversight. The supervisor will ensure employees understand their role and responsibilities. They will promote collaboration and teamwork while involving staff in planning, decision-making, and solving team conflicts. Supervisors will understand, interpret, and consistently apply the organization’s policies and procedures.

Background/Expertise:

• Bachelor Degree required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressive leadership required.
• Minimum of one (1) year IT experience preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of Project Management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of project management and the implementation of computer technology in the health care industry.
• Basic understanding of clinical and IT workflows.
