**Job Summary:** We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Salata Employees. As a Salata Employee, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and creating a positive experience for our customers. **Duties:** - Prepare and assemble fresh salads, wraps, and other menu items according to customer preferences - Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring order accuracy - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation stations - Assist in restocking ingredients and supplies as needed - Uphold food safety standards and guidelines at all times **Requirements:** - Previous experience in a restaurant, food service, or grocery store setting is preferred - Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours - Ability to upsell menu items and provide recommendations to enhance the customer experience - Basic knowledge of culinary practices and food handling procedures - Proficiency in bussing tables, basic math skills, and working in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with kitchen operations and equipment Join our team at Salata and be part of a dynamic environment where your contribution matters!
