Front Desk Receptionist

Job Description:

We are seeking a front desk concierge/medical scheduler to join our luxury aesthetic plastic surgery practice and med spa

Qualifications: include but not limited to,
-fluent in both English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication in both

-comfortable with computers with ability to learn electronic programs for scheduling, emailing, invoicing, etc.

-preparing refreshments, gowns, rooms and supplies for patients

-answer phones and patients questions about the practice, guiding patients through scheduling an appointment, confirming appointments

-attention to detail

-excellent organizational skills

-ability to multi-task and work well as part of a team while also being able to independently work and take charge of situations

-maintain professional appearance with a friendly demeanor

-strong interpersonal communication skills

-basic sales skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
