Salado Isolation Mining Contractors (SIMCO), an LLC of Bechtel, managing and operating contractor of the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant (WIPP) is currently seeking a qualified individual to serve as the Staffing Manager to join our team located in Carlsbad, NM.
The successful candidate will lead a team of highly skilled staff members, with accountability for driving performance and delivering to ambitious strategic staffing plans for the business. This leader should be an exceptional people manager as well as passionate about finding the best talent in the market and coming up with innovative ways to engage talent.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Exempt Salary Grade (34-36)

Higher education attainment than listed acceptable per internal level identifiers of accompanying years of experience.

Minimum salary $109,803 per year-- Base salary will be increased upon candidate's background (i.e., education and experience)
