Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Catering Sales Coordinator to join our catering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving sales. This role requires a combination of sales acumen, strong organizational skills, and a passion for the food and hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

· Take incoming catering calls and fill out catering orders. Walk the customer through the process of determining menu, quantities, venue, and rentals needed via phone, online email, and in person. Create menus according to each client’s preferences and dietary needs or restrictions.

• Timely communication with clients throughout the sales process, addressing any issues or last-minute changes promptly and professionally.

· Oversee payments.

• Follow up with catering clients to ensure payments are made in a timely manner.
• ·Maintain contact with client representatives during catering events. Partner with catering team to ensure a smooth and successful event. Participate in events as appropriate or as directed, especially for large or detailed events.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
