Key Qualifications:

• High School Degree or GED required. With 1-5 years of experience in retail, wholesale, or direct to consumer warehouse operations.

• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

• Flexibility with regard to tasks and schedules.

• Must be articulate with verbal and written communication skills. Communicates in a timely and appropriate manner to all levels.

• Ensures the manager is well informed on a consistent basis and comply with all company policies, including safety, productivity, and quality guidelines.

• Essential, sustainable physical requirements include: standing for the scheduled shift (excluding assigned breaks and/or meal periods) , pushing, pulling, lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly, walking long distances repeatedly, bending, stooping, climbing ladders or stairs, manual dexterity.

• Ability to be trained/MHE Certified.

• Positive attitude.

Role Description:

• Assist/support department personnel.

• Moves material to and from storage and production areas.

• Loads and Unloads docks & delivery vehicles by forklift (if certified), hand and other equipment.

• Attaches identifying placards to material and/or marks them with pertinent information.

• Hangs/takes down racks of product to stage for production.

• Support the department with supplies as needed.

• Ability to utilize RF Gun for product replenishment.

• Carries out general housekeeping duties such as sweeping and picking up discarded material.

• Attention to detail and productivity, as well as positive attitude and flexibility.

• Must be able to work in a team environment.

• Maintain work area in a neat and organized manner.

• Maintain 5S standards in the department.

• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Shift:

• Must work assigned shifts as scheduled.

• Must be flexible to work extra time as needed.
