Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age - Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately - Monitor customer behavior and intervene as needed to maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction - Assist with opening and closing duties as required Qualifications: - Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred, but not required - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices - Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and mixology techniques is a plus - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues - Time management skills to ensure timely service to customers Skills: - Banquet experience is a plus - Customer service skills are essential for providing excellent service to patrons - Ability to work well in a team environment and help colleagues when needed - Basic math skills are necessary for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices - Sales skills can help promote specials or upsell menu items - Food service experience is beneficial for understanding customer preferences and dietary restrictions - Catering experience can be useful for handling large events or parties - Retail math knowledge may be helpful for managing inventory or tracking sales trends - Time management skills are important for efficiently serving customers during busy periods Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Pay: $10.25 - $12.00 per hour
