In the heart of South St Louis City we have a Crisis Nursery that is available to support families - and especially children - in crisis. Our Child Specialists are highly trained by Licensed Professional Counselors, Social Workers, as well as Art and Play Therapists.

We are looking for staff who want to make a difference in the lives of families struggling with life's toughest challenges. We have 3 full time position available:

Schedule A:

• Sunday, Monday 2p-10p and
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 7a - 3p

Schedule B:

• Tuesday - Friday 2p-10 and
• Saturday 7am- 3pm

Schedule C:

• Tues, Wed 3p-11p
• Thurs, Fri 7a-3p and
• Sat 3p-11p

Our base rate is $16, minimum, for a HS/GED educated person who is at least 21. We offer a premium for higher education (college, or CNA, CMT, etc.) and greater years of child care experience, AND all hours worked on From Friday at 3pm through Sunday at 11pm qualify for differential pay!!

We pay $5,500 annually so that our health insurance with UHC is affordable for our Full Time staff! We also pay 100% of the premium for a $30,000 life insurance plan!

We offer 25 days of PTO for the first 12 months of employment, and it bumps up to 27 days after your first year! We also offer floating holidays!
