Saint Joseph's Medical Center, Department of Medicine is seeking a full time Administrative Clinical Support. This position will provide high-level administrative secretarial support in an accurate and timely manner. Must be organized, proficient in applications of Microsoft Office, have knowledge of medical terminology. Must be able to take minutes for various departments. Responsible for duties in the Departments of Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics-Family Medicine and Medication Usage Committee. Able to work independently, efficiently with minimal need for instruction or supervision. Demonstrates flexibility, adaptability to change and reassignment of priorities.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent, and four years of clerical experience including experience as a stenographic secretary; or an Associate Degree with specialization in Secretarial Science

Salary Range: $60K-65K
